1Do you ship overseas?

We sure do! We will ship most anywhere and even have special global rates. Where possible we integrate customs HS codes right into your label so that your local provider will be able to process your order faster and with less hassle. Keep in mind though that your country may impose additional taxes and duties as part of the import cost, which we have no control over. For more detail see our shipping page under the About Menu.

2How long does it take for processing my order?

Orders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 working days. If its going to be any longer then that, we will send you a note with an expected shipping date.

3Why does the site name differ from the url?

We first started writing apps for the industry then expanded into a full fledged store a couple of years ago

4Are you accepting new dealers?

6How do I add a question in the forum?

We encourage you to use the forum for tech support from us, the developers and other users. First, if you want to post something you will need to log in. At first we allowed guest to post, but you can imagine how the spam bots liked that! Then simply drill into the Product and category you are interested in, then a button titled “New Topic” will appear. Click on that, add a title, some text and even images or files. If you know the name of someone you will like to include as a mention, use the @ and a list of all members will pop to choose from.<br />If you want to keep up on the topic, you may want to subscribe to it, so you will get email notifications of any updates<br />

7I received the wrong order, who do I contact to resolve the issue?

First, do not open any retail packaging or it can not be returned. Second, contact our order desk at orders@offgridsoftwaresolutions.com and we will get you sorted asap.

8Can we contact you by phone?

We typically do not provide phone support for pre-sales queries. We have so many every day we simply can not keep track of what was said to whom, so we ask that you please use one of our standard contact methods, like ZenDesk in the bottom left on the screen, FaceBook in the bottom right, or via email from our “Contacts” page. If something is mission critical send us a call request and we will call you back as soon as we can.

9Do you offer any sort of consultation / introduction to the products so we can learn what we need?

If you send us a summary of your system and what you are trying to do, we can help by putting together a pre-filled shopping cart of the parts you will need. We no longer offer a paid service.
