Shipping: All products are shipped factory direct and items are never old stock. Due to covid shipping times can vary but we try to have most orders shipped within 72 hours. For Yacht Devices products it is best to send us a stock inquiry first so we can verify North American stock levels before ordering, if you need it right away, otherwise shipping from Europe may take several weeks longer than normal
Software orders: All software orders are sent immediately via email with a download link and a registration code where required. You can also maintain your downloads in your account information
